At 6:00 PM on June 17th Flagship and friends got an exclusive tour of the Dolphins lockers and facilities. They were able to see where the players suit up for home games, hear inspiring speeches from their coaches, and store their equipment between games. Pictures were taken by player lockers and attendees were eligible to receive a customized Miami Dolphins Jersey with their own name on the back.
Attendees also had the opportunity to hear how IBM System X technology can improve application performance, simplify IT deployment, and reduce costs and complexity. Flagship also showed how to breathe new life into IT operations. Also discussed was Tivoli Foundations Service Manager and how it can improve operational efficiency and service delivery by enabling a single point of management which automates service requests, incident reports, and problem resolutions.
