Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Kempster serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Flagship, where he is responsible for the development of enterprise distribution channels, expansion of existing service lines and the formation of strategic partnerships, in addition to associated business development activities.

Thomas is an accomplished technology veteran with 30 plus years of experience developing new business and cultivating enterprise relationships. Kempster previously served as President of Service Operations for DSC, where he focused on oversight of business operations, client services and support. Key functions included development and execution of service processes and management of the national support team.

Prior to his role at Flagship, Kempster founded and developed ABC Services, Inc., a managed services provider specializing in IBM Power environments. There, Kempster was responsible for developing strategic partnerships with technology industry leaders such as IBM, Microsoft and VMware, all with the mission of building a solutions-driven business. ABC Services continued to prosper and expand through 2016, when it was acquired by DSC.

Chief Technical Officer

Chuck Paolillo serves as CTO of Flagship Solutions Group, where he is instrumental in overseeing the service delivery teams. In the role, Chuck will tap his over two decades of IT experience, and his expansive knowledge of IBM enterprise systems, storage and security.

Mr. Paolillo maintains several advanced technology certifications for IBM Power Systems, PureFlex, Networking, Security and SAN Storage, as well as Microsoft MCSE, Linux. Citrix, VMware VCP and DR-VCP, Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIS, and numerous other certifications and designations.
