Mark Wyllie, CEO
As Chief Executive Officer, Mark Wyllie brings more than twenty-five years of senior management and sales experience to Flagship Solutions Group. In his current capacity, he is responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of the strategic and tactical direction of Flagship Solutions Group as well as the integration of services capabilities into responsive customer solutions.
In addition to his business responsibilities, Mr. Wyllie also serves as:

- Member, IBM Global Business Partner Advisory Council
- Member, Mid Market Advisory Council
- Member, IBM Cloud Computing Advisory Council
- Member, System x Advisory Council

Included in his extensive background are key management roles with some of the nation’s most recognized computer and data management firms including Burroughs and NCR. Mr. Wyllie has a BA in Management. Mark is a certified TOGAF Architect. He also holds IBM Certifications as an IBM Cloud Computing Architect, IBM e-business Solution Advisor, IBM Disaster Recovery Top Gun, IBM Power Specialist, and is a Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP).
Doug Paton, COO
Doug Paton comes to Flagship Solutions Group with a strong history of success in financial systems management and development. Mr. Paton’s background includes financial systems analysis and optimization, policy and documentation development, and project and financial management.
Prior to FSG, Mr. Paton served as CEO at a large non-profit organization in Boca Raton, Florida. In the past, he worked for Unisys in product development and sales of financial system solutions and has been self-employed in several successful technical and financial consultancy and entrepreneurial endeavors.
Mr. Paton has a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University Canada.
Ed Janeczek, CTO
As Chief Technical Officer, Ed Janeczek brings over thirty-five years of hardware and software experience to the Flagship team. Mr. Janeczek was one of the founding members of Citrix Systems and spent over twelve years in a variety of system development, documentation, business development, and management roles. After leaving Citrix, Mr. Janeczek spent six years as a founding member at DayJet, helping bring their pioneering vision of per seat, on demand air transportation to life. Mr. Janeczek has a Bachelors Degree in Physics from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and holds the following professional certifications:

- Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP)

Kevin Mort, VP Technology Services
Kevin Mort is a seasoned expert with extensive experience in a number of important technologies. Most recently, he was a Systems Engineer with Arrow Electronics with focus areas of IBM iSeries planning and operations, PowerVM, Lotus Software, and VMware. He also volunteers with COMMON – A User Group as a Subject Matter Expert and a member of the Community and Networking and Judicial Affairs Committees.
Mr. Mort has a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University and holds numerous IBM sales and technical certifications, including:
- IIBM Power Systems Technical Support for IBM iSeries and AIX
- IBM Certified Advanced Technical Expert – Power Systems with IBM iSeries
- IBM Certified Administrator in Lotus Notes, Lotus Domino 8 & Lotus Sametime 8
Edgard Lopez, Senior VP Sales & Strategy
Edgard Lopez brings to Flagship over 30 years of Sales experience in the IT industry. He is currently responsible for the Sales strategy established for the portfolio of products and solutions Flagship offers to the marketplace. He is also responsible for revenue growth, profitability, market share growth and customer satisfaction. Mr. Lopez worked 30 years for the IBM Corporation. During his career he held many Management and Executive Sales positions in different geographies including Latin America, Asia Pacific, USA and Worldwide.
Mr. Lopez received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Colombia and a Master’s Degree in Technology Management from Andes University. He has also completed short term postgraduate studies at the Wharton School and at Harvard University.
Tom Mitchell, VP Sales
Tom Mitchell has over 23 years of Sales and Service experience. Most of Tom’s career was with IBM where he was a successful leader in IBM Global Services. He consistently exceeded his performance targets in the many positions he served. Tom also worked in the IBM Channel Sales organization where he significantly grew his assigned IBM Business Partners to record results over a 3 year period. Tom now leads Flagship’s team of Client Sales Executives to bring our solutions to the marketplace. Tom is responsible for the company’s sales coverage, signings growth, profitability and marketshare.
Mr. Mitchell has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. He has also led several charitable organizations in the communities in which he has resided – Tampa, FL, Tallahassee, FL and now Ft Myers, FL.
